Our graphic design team will create a logo that represents your brand and aligns with your business goals. This will also include a colour palette and appropriate fonts for your website.
The website will include six pages of your choice, and standard functionality that we can discuss as part of the brief.
As the expert in your chosen field, you will provide the raw content and we will create the website content, such as headlines, product descriptions, and calls-to-action that align with your brand and messaging.
The website will be optimised for search engines, including on-page SEO, keywords and metadata so your customers can find you.
As part of the package, you will receive a free domain and two free business emails.
If you require more content on your website, you can purchase our monthly Content Box, designed to engage audiences, or you can pay a one-off fee. We aim to be as flexible as possible and will do what we can to make it work for you.
We will host your website free of charge for the first 12 months and do any essential maintenance, such as plugin updates and website security. After 12 months, there is an annual hosting fee of £140. If you decide to host your website elsewhere, we will work with your provider to transfer the domain.
We will also provide a free Google Analytics report for the first three months, which will include website traffic, engagement and conversions to help you make data-driven decisions.
After three months, you can purchase Google Analytics as part of our content box or we can discuss a separate annual fee.
The Content Box is bespoke for your needs. We work with you to create the perfect package so you can engage new and existing customers through SEO and email campaigns.
The first month will include developing a strategy that is aligned with your business goals and target audience, and configuring platforms for your content. You can then tailor your package to your needs. For example, you could choose from:
We will track the performance of your email communications and news articles and provide regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement levels.
We will use this data analysis and optimisation techniques to refine your content strategy and improve the effectiveness of your email communications and news articles.
Lastly, we will provide regular communication to ensure your needs and goals are being met, and to collaborate on refining the content strategy and approach.
We will define your goals, so we are clear what you want to achieve from social media, and identify your target audience.
We will then choose the right channels for you and create a content strategy, which will determine the types of posts and frequency - the Social Box includes up to three posts a week.
We will agree and manage your posting schedule and track your social media metrics to evaluate the success of your strategy. This information will be used to refine our approach and make adjustments as needed.
Social media is an ongoing process, and it takes time and effort to build a successful presence, but with a clear strategy and consistent effort, you can establish a strong social media presence for your business.
We will provide copy and stock images for your social media posts, and will also request relevant content from you, such as case studies, testimonials, and information about your business.
You will receive one free graphic template which can be used as an alternative to images.
Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner will be your responsability. However we can offer an additional service if this is something you would like us to manage. We are flexible and do what we can to make it work for you.
No, however we have social media experts who can provide guidance and implement paid campaigns using geo targeting, interests and other characteristics. If you're interested in a paid campaign, we are always happy to develop a proposal based on your brief. There is never any pressure so if it's something you're thinking about, please do not hesitate to ask.
Yes, all we require is 14 days notice before your next billing period.
